Sending your own fabric and notions:
If you would like us to sew our garments in fabric and notions you have purchased, you may mail it to us with your order. If you have washed your fabric, please iron the fabric so that it is folded in half just as you purchased it off the bolt.  We prefer to sew with cotton or poly/cotton materials only.  If we receive a fabric which is time consuming to work with, we will can work out with you an hourly fee for the extra labor time required to finish your garment.  Please include matching thread and zippers, buttons and elastic as needed.  We will be sure to return all unused notions.  If you'd prefer that we provide the notions, please subtract $2 from your discount for each garment.   Finally, please calculate shipping based on garment prices before discounts.  If you have provided enough for shipping, we shall return unused material along with your new clothing.

If you enjoy Tropical Breeze fabrics but don't find what you like on our fabric page, you may buy directly from Gehman's and they will ship the fabric to us.  They generally have a wider selection than we do.  Please e-mail for yardage requirements before you buy as Tropical Breeze fabrics are wider than most cottons.

4. Plus Size Dresses and Jumpers--require 6 yards.  Deduct $12/$10

5. Girls Dresses and Jumpers Size 12-14--requre 4 yards. Deduct $5/$4

6. Girls Dresses and Jumpers Size 8-10--require 3.5 yards. Deduct $5/$4

7. Girls Dresses and Jumpers Size 2-6--requre 3 yards. Deduct $5/$4

8. Baby Dresses--require 2 yards. Deduct $3

9. Ladies Blouses and Skirts--yardage varies, please e-mail. Deduct $5

10. Girls Blouses and Skirts--yardage varies, please e-mail. Deduct $3

11. Ladies Vests--yardage varies, please e-mail.  Deduct $3

Special Requests:

1. Hidden side pockets--$3

6. Full length elastic ruffle sleeves--$3

7. Added Peter Pan or Pointed collar--$4

9. Any other simple alteration or cut from our regular patterns--$3

10. More complicated alterations--$5 to $15

If you are ordering online and need a pattern alteration, simply send us an e-mail letting us know exactly what you want or use the comments box on the checkout page.  We will then send you to our Custom Ladies page where you can enter alteration charges.  Please check with us before adding collars to clothing that does not offer it as an option.  Some dresses are not suited for collars.

We do not pre-wash our fabric. Please allow for approximately 1 inch shrinkage per yard on our 100% cotton fabrics. Unless you or your girls are at the high end of a size, there's no need to size up.  Any exceptions are noted in the specific garment description.

Guarantee:
If you are unhappy with any of your items, please give us a call so that we can work something out.  Because our clothing is custom-made specifically for you, we do not  take returns except in very special circumstances.  Please measure carefully before ordering and don't be shy about calling or e-mailing with questions.

Order Cancellations: If you cancel an order before it has been processed, we can refund you the entire amount of the order, minus 10%.  If an order has been processed and fabric has been cut or special ordered for you, the order cannot be cancelled.
