Below you will find linen blends perfect for ladies dresses, jumpers, blouses and skirts.  We are trying two different blends.  The first is a 55% Linen, 45% Rayon blend which drapes beautifully.  The second is a 55% Linen, 45% Cotton blend for those who prefer the natural feel of cotton and linen.  Both are a bit heavier than our regular cottons at about 6 oz per square yard and are high quality products by Robert Kaufman.  The manufacturer recommends washing these in cold water on delicate cycle and hanging to dry.  If washed in warm/hot water and put in the dryer, they will shrink a little.  You may also dry clean these fabrics.

Brushed cotton is heavier and softer than regular 100% cotton, but not as heavy as flannel.  Chambray is lighter than denim at 4.5 oz per square yard.  It's perfect for those who want a denim feel/look in a lighter fabric.  Our Denims are 6.5 oz per square yard and is great weight for dresses, jumpers and skirts.  The Twill solids are 6 oz per square yard and make nice skirts, uniform clothing, dresses and jumpers.

We usually associate flannel with women's nightwear, but don't be afraid to try a flannel dress.  They're nice and warm on chilly winter days for babies, girls and women.  We are sorry, but our flannel does not meet federal regulations for flame retardant fabric required for children's nightwear.
